Supplier warrants that all the Aluminum Alloy Ingots provide to China Precision Diecasting Inc. do not directly or indirectly contain the “Conflict Minerals” from mines located in areas under control of armed groups in the Democratic Republic of Congo or an joining country.  The “Conflict Minerals” includes Gold, Tantalum, Tin, and Tungsten.
